The Night Out At Outlaw
Bear Butte Conference is hosting a gala fundraiser for Outlaw Ranch. All of the funds raised will go to purchase a reliable vehicle for staff use as they travel around the state.
When: June 28, 2025
Starting at 3:30pm and into the evening
Cost: includes the meal and afternoon activities
$20 per youth and adult
$200 for a table for 8 can be reserved
Free: Children 5 and under
A meal of buffalo joes, made from buffalo donated by Sacred Storm, and pulled pork will be served from 5:00-6:00 PM. It will include baked beans and a pasta salad.
In the afternoon there will be opportunity for pony rides and brief hikes. After the meal there will be music featuring Tangled Blue. In addition there will be dancing with a line dancing instructor. There will be silent auction items and a live auction during the evening. Live auction items will include a week of family camp and other experiences. Come join us for a great Night Out at Outlaw. Shuttle buses will transport people to and from Custer Lutheran Fellowship and Outlaw Ranch starting at 3:15.
