Director of NeSoDak and Klein Ranch Teri Gayer joined the year-round staff in 1992. She begins her duties as the new director of NeSoDak and Klein on January 1, 2005.

Co-Assistant Director of NeSoDak AJ Franken joined the year-round staff in 2006. His focus includes recruiting, training and guiding the summer on-site program at NeSoDak.

Co-Assistant Director of NeSoDak Liz Franken joined the year-round staff in 2006. She spends most of her time working with NeSoDak's day camp program, retreats and environmental education.
