1. Appetizer: southwestern shrimp cocktail: Seasoned Tiger shrimp with an Avocado Salsa dipping sauce.
2. Soup: Caribbean Jerk Soup with Rolls: Spicey chicken soup with peppers and pineapple finished with coconut milk and cilantro
3. Main: Beef Wellington with Crispy Yukon Gold Potatoes and prosciutto wrapped asparagus.
4. Dessert: Puff pastry sampler: 4 puff pastry shells filled with a variety of Homemade custards, puddings and cheesecakes.
