Lutherans Outdoors in South Dakota has an exciting opportunity to join the year-round ministry team as the Program Director at Camp NeSoDak.

In the wake of Thanksgiving Sunday, I find myself still reflecting and giving thanks to God for the people who have had a significant impact on my life of faith. For me, many of these are people whom I have met through camp.

On this day, many congregations will celebrate "All Saints Sunday". It is a day when we take pause and honor those who have lived and died in faith, especially those who have recently passed.

Did you ever notice that in the Gospels, Jesus frequently takes time by himself to go off to a mountain, or into the wilderness, to pray. Upon His return he always seems more ready to face whatever it is that lies ahead of him.

Outlaw Ranch was blessed by the presence of Pastor Paul Oman as a visual artist-in-residence during a week of Family Camp this summer. You can order prints from Paul from his time there.

LO is seeking a visionary leader to serve the ministry of Outlaw Ranch. The position requires a deep and diverse set of people skills, business acumen, and a sincere passion to empower people to proclaim the love of Christ in a changing world.

With a sad heart Lutherans Outdoors in SD is saying goodbye to Pastor Molly Sasser-Goehner who is stepping down as Director of Outlaw Ranch and Atlantic Mountain Ranch on September 15th, 2013.
